Did you know...

...that Global work support has conducted an extensive research in South Africa into the functioning of the labour market and extensive discussions with policy makers, Chamber of commerce, Sassa, employers and local organisations at the regional level. A model for effectively addressing the existing challenges was developed. A model that will address the structural problems at both the supply and demand side of the labour market in an integrated approach.

Introduction

In March 2007 Rob van Maanen decided that his experience in the Social Security should be used in a broader, international, perspective.

As a consequence of the meeting with the minister of the Western Cape Province in November 2006 in Paris the first emphasis was set on South Africa, whilst more requests to help from other countries came in.

Combining the experience of Rob van Maanen with employers to the public experience in combination with the public-private experience of his employees Global work support is able to tackle every challenge regarding social security in- and outside the Netherlands.

It is our firm belief that many countries can benefit from our approach and we are determined to do so.

The personalities of Global work support are result driven with a human approach and respect for people.

Global work support is convinced that their plans for a pilot proposal will succeed and it will be the ground for further expansion in- and outside South Africa and as a consequence improve the employment rate of unemployed and disabled South Africans in order to alleviate poverty and built a sustainable society.
