Moreover, employers will be supported and advised how they can enhance their Generic Scorecard and as a consequence reduce costs. Employing unemployed is a possibility to do so.

Founders

The founder of Global Work Support is Rob van Maanen, director of FlexPay in the Netherlands. Global Work Support is established for the purpose of setting up and supervising programmes for the support of undereducated and unemployed young people and integrating them into the commercial community.

Rob van Maanen
Rob van Maanen (1955) is since 2001 director of FlexPay BV in the Netherlands. He has worked for both profit and non-profit organizations throughout the Netherlands.
As a director of the Labour office in Tilburg (6th town in the Netherlands) from 1994-2001 he achieved in committing a large number of companies to cooperate with the Labour Office. The result was a higher number of successful sustainable placements of long-term and disabled unemployed job seekers. Since 1994 Rob van Maanen worked and is still working together with the Labour Office and FlexPay in especially European Programmes. Since 2001 also towards projects in South Africa.
